Frequently asked questions
The average time is 3 to 5 working days from when we receive the machine, as long as the parts are in stock. Complex repairs, or repairs that need parts to be ordered, can take between 7 and 15 days. We tell you the exact time when we send you the quote.
For tools under warranty, the diagnosis and the quote are free. Out of warranty, the check-up and the quote cost 10 € + VAT, which is deducted from the final amount if you accept the repair. If you do not accept it, we give the machine back; we only charge the shipping if the machine came by courier and you ask us to send it back.
Every repair carries a 3-month warranty on the part repaired, the minimum set by Royal Decree 58/1988.
Yes. We work with Mail Boxes Etc. to pick up and deliver anywhere in Spain and Portugal. The service costs 10 € + VAT per trip, paid before the pickup. Request your pickup.
We are the official service centre of Kress, Worx, Virutex, Flex, Lamello, HiKOKI, Deva, Shape and Stayer: for these brands we handle the warranty directly with the manufacturer at no cost, on presentation of the purchase invoice.
We accept cash, card (card terminal at the workshop), bank transfer and Bizum. For companies we issue invoices with their VAT number, and we offer 30-day payment terms subject to approval.
