Request a tool pickup

Fill in the form and our logistics team will come and pick up your tool, anywhere in Spain and Portugal.

Service terms

  • For tools under warranty, the inspection and the quote are free.
  • Each tool out of warranty left for repair is charged 10 € + VAT for the inspection and the quote, deducted from the final amount if you accept the repair.
  • The pickup and delivery service costs 10 € + VAT per trip.
  • These amounts are paid before the pickup, by bank transfer or deposit.
  • We pick up your tool at the address you give us within 48 hours of sending this form, by courier (Mail Boxes Etc.).
  • Once we receive your request we will confirm the planned pickup date by email.
  • If the repair is under warranty, attach the invoice or the proof of purchase.

Boxes or parcels you will hand to the courier; we will send you a label for each one.

Repair under warranty

The warranty covers defects in parts and labour. The original sales document is required to process a repair under warranty.

It never applies to tools that have been opened or tampered with, modified inside or outside, misused, knocked or repaired by a non-authorised service.

If the manufacturer voids the warranty, Talleres Barahona, S.L. will issue a repair quote, and the depositor will bear the costs incurred.

Legal warranty periods: three years for domestic use and one year for professional use, unless the manufacturer extends them (see each manufacturer's website for details).

Repair out of warranty

If hidden faults or defects appear during the repair, we will make a new quote (as established by Royal Decree 58/1988).

If the customer does not answer within 15 days of the quote, the machine will be returned with the return costs.

Storage is free for 30 days from the notice that the machine is repaired; after that, it costs 1 €/day + VAT.
